Day one of my Ireland trip!  Well technically, this was day two.  I spent the entirety of Saturday jumping from plane to plane.  We flew from LAX to my layover in London at Heathrow Airport, which was such a nice stop and gave me the perfect opportunity to do some shopping at Harrods, where I got this mini vegan envelope bag.  My final flight touched down in Ireland late at night.

For the first official day of the trip, we started off by hopping on a bus that went around Dublin, where we're staying, and it was a great way to see all the major sights in the city and get a feel of the layout.  St. Stephen's Green is a gorgeous Victorian park near where we're staying in the heart of Dublin, and it's definitely a must see if you're visiting.

We also stopped by Trinity College to check out the Book of Kells, a centuries-old book from medieval times that contains four of the Gospels from the New Testament.  Trinity College also happens to house the library from Harry Potter.  Major fangirl moment there.  All in all it was a lovely day.  I was freezing my butt off because no matter how many coats and tights I packed, my California born self wasn't at all prepared for the temps of 50 degrees and below.  Surprisingly my Wills Vegan Shoes block heels were pretty comfortable and my feet weren't dying in heels, even though we walked 6 miles yesterday around Dublin.
