Wishlist・Five Fun Flats

 Kitten Flats    {image via The Cherry Blossom Girl}

I love flats with animal details, but these cat flats in particular are perfectly subtle with just the right touch to make them a conversation piece, yet still chic and wearable.   Bonus- this pick is under $30!

 Pom Poms    {via Coco's Tea Party}

I love pom-pom details on shoes.  The trick to pulling them off is to make sure the rest of the outfit is styled so that they don't look too "Tinker-Bell".  I really like this pair!

The shoe itself is also an important factor- it should be relatively simple with the exception of the pom-pom.  For example, the blush ones above with the coordinating pom-pom are fun yet polished, and the ankle strap adds an elegant touch.

Lace-Up Flats  {via A Pair and a Spare}

Laced-up ballet flats have been everywhere lately, and I think they are absolutely perfect for an elegant, trendy vibe.  You can DIY a pair using A Pair and a Spare's tutorial, or shop my favorite picks below: prices go low to high from left to right!

Jeweled Toes  {via Anthropologie}

Jeweled flats are the perfect alternative to heels at a holiday party since they bring a glittery wow-factor and keep with the dressed up vibe of your party look.  These ones from Jeffrey Campbell are my latest favorite!

 Butterfly Filigree Flats  {via Pinterest}

These make my heart flutter.  No pun intended.  The pointed toe and intricate gold details on these butterfly flats make these classic yet eye-catching and perfect for everyday wear and parties, and they are under $30!  The are a great alternative to the pricier Sophia Webster version.

Thank you to Shein for partnering on this post.

*UPDATE*   I will no longer be associating with Shein in light of their unprofessionalism and rude treatment of paying customers.  I apologize for featuring this brand on LMHC without doing proper research.  I have found accounts from customers reporting their poor customer service and treating bloggers differently, and unfortunately, I recently experienced their unprofessional manner of communicating with bloggers.

  12. You know I adore lace up flats, but I have yet to own a pair. I think I waited too long to buy them and now it's too cold to wear them. Maybe next season!
