Honestly, I think I could shop at Vineyard Vines for the rest of my life and never get tired of it.  I love all the polished and pretty elements with the beautiful prints and colors.  Here's some of my favorites from this season.

Interview with Julia of Lemon Stripes

Julia was so kind to answer some questions about her style, store, and life in NYC!  

1.  What is your favorite thing in your closet?

My J. Crew navy school boy blazer.  I wear it in different ways for every season.  It's my number one go-to!

2.  What three words would you use to define your style?

Classic, clean, and preppy.

3.  What are your favorite stores?

J. Crew, Kate Spade, and Joie.

4.  What place are you dying to travel to?

The Dalmatian Coast, Croatia.

5.  What is your favorite thing to see in New York?

When the weather starts to turn warm and everyone starts smiling and laughing.  There is a palpable energy shift and I love watching people during that time.

6.  What was the best part of starting Lemon Stripes and Lemon Stripes Store?

The incredible friendships that I've made along the way.

7.  What is your favorite season to get dressed up for?

Summer!  I love bright colors and loose dresses.  It's just so much easier.  :)

Delicious and dainty tiramisu in a tiny shot glass at Wynn Hotel Breakfast Buffet.

I loved this Forever 21 dress when I saw it on Belles in Bows (see Bess is this dress here).  It's very good quality for the very good price, and I couldn't help but adore the sea life print.  Forever 21 actually has this same print on 3 more, which I will link below.

Life Gave Me Lemons

I enjoyed the Panda show at the Palazzo in Las Vegas.  It was amazing to experience and I wish I could see it again!  

I fell in love with this lemon dress at Topshop the moment I saw it.  It's very well made, and suprisingly worked well with a lot of the things I brought with me to the Palazzo.

Dinner at Morel's was delicious, the famous cheese fondue was very good.  Afterward, the crème brûlée at the Grand Lux was the perfect dessert to share!
