I had the most lovely afternoon at the Moana Surfrider hotel in Honolulu!  It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been to.  Tea at the Veranda made for the perfect day, exploring the hotel.  See more pics on my (new!) Instagram, here.

I wore one of my favorite dresses, an anchor eyelet dress by Vineyard Vines!  I had it altered and hemmed to fit perfectly.  I fell in love with this frock when I saw the gorgeous Sarah of CGWP wearing it this spring. 

If you follow me on Pinterest, you probably know that I've been fawning over Prada baroque sunglasses for a very long time.  I do own an extremely loved Prada pair in black, but I found these tortoiseshell sunglasses at Adore, the cutest little boutique in Honolulu.  I couldn't help but, well, adore them.  (pun intended and relished)

Styling Hunter Boots with Cara

Today, I teamed up with Cara of Caralina Style to bring you two outfits styling our Hunter Boots!

Hunter boots are great for all kinds of weather: rain, snow, or even sun!  I paired a fun bird print blouse with my Hudson jeans and horsehair Lauren Merkin cross body for a day by the lake.  Walking along the shore in my Hunter boots kept my feet dry and warm.  

I'm in love with Cara's adorable outfit!  I love her J. Crew herringbone vest (just ordered mine a few days ago), and nothing is more classic than an oxford shirt.  So perfectly preppy!

The Tory Burch "Mini Kira"

I am positively in love with my new Tory Burch bag!  The pretty blush color and gorgeous golden accents go with pretty much anything.  And it fits all my essentials: wallet, phone, lipstick, chocolate.

This was bought the day before Black Friday.  Maybe it would have been smarter to wait for the sale the next day, but this bag was impossible to resist.  It also comes in bright pink, and classic black.

For the holidays, nothing says Merry Christmas like fun and festive nails!  I did a snowfall manicure in rich royal blue and sparkly silver (try it, it's much easier than it looks) and I accented with a Christmas tree on my right hand (here).
