Coat: Avoca Ireland // Shoes (℅): Wills Vegan Shoes // Top: J. Crew {similar here and here} // Skirt: Forever 21 {similar} // Bag: Kate Spade // Watch (℅): VOTCH // Belt: H&M // Lipstick: Charlotte Tilbury

This coat.  Seriously, I let out a mini shriek when I spotted this in Avoca while I was in Dublin, Ireland.  It's probably the cutest raincoat I've ever seen, but it's super warm and doesn't even look like a raincoat with its lightly waxed outer shell.  I love pairing stripes and florals, so I added the coat over this otherwise simple outfit of a striped tee and chambray skirt.  And then because I can't resist adding more prints, I threw a polka-dot bag in there because why the heck not?

I do have something exciting in store- I'm currently making plans to start a beauty channel on Youtube!  I've gotten super into makeup lately and dabbled into makeup artistry, curating a makeup collection and trying out different techniques.  I also love watching beauty videos on Youtube and I wanted to start my own!  You can subscribe to see my coming videos at Julia Mazzucato.  I'm putting off filming until my life calms down a little- I have a major exam for my college course next week and I've been prepping all year.  Wish me luck!

What are you doing this weekend?  Let me know in the comments below.  Hopefully you're not studying like me.

Day one of my Ireland trip!  Well technically, this was day two.  I spent the entirety of Saturday jumping from plane to plane.  We flew from LAX to my layover in London at Heathrow Airport, which was such a nice stop and gave me the perfect opportunity to do some shopping at Harrods, where I got this mini vegan envelope bag.  My final flight touched down in Ireland late at night.

For the first official day of the trip, we started off by hopping on a bus that went around Dublin, where we're staying, and it was a great way to see all the major sights in the city and get a feel of the layout.  St. Stephen's Green is a gorgeous Victorian park near where we're staying in the heart of Dublin, and it's definitely a must see if you're visiting.

We also stopped by Trinity College to check out the Book of Kells, a centuries-old book from medieval times that contains four of the Gospels from the New Testament.  Trinity College also happens to house the library from Harry Potter.  Major fangirl moment there.  All in all it was a lovely day.  I was freezing my butt off because no matter how many coats and tights I packed, my California born self wasn't at all prepared for the temps of 50 degrees and below.  Surprisingly my Wills Vegan Shoes block heels were pretty comfortable and my feet weren't dying in heels, even though we walked 6 miles yesterday around Dublin.

Bow Blouse + Bougainvillea

 Top: Madewell (similar)    Jeans: 7 for All Mankind     Shoes: BC Footwear     Sunglasses: BP     Watch: JORD ℅     Bag: Anthropologie (similar)    Lips: Tarte in "Bae" {available here}

I first saw these rose-gold wedges while browsing one of my favorite vegan blogs.  They are by BC Footwear, and they're pretty much my everything right now.  Between the rose-gold and blush vegan leather, rose gold hardware, and a 3.5 inch boost in height, these wedges are everything I could ask for in a shoe.  Even better: they've got a vegan insignia printed on the sole!  The brand is California based and I love supporting companies that proudly label their products as vegan-friendly- more love all around!

Tie-neck blouses have been my obsession lately, and I love this simple white dotted one in cotton.  They're great for layering under sweaters with the bow neck peeking out, with skirts and jeans, and more.  California weather is finally getting cooler- just cold enough to wear pants and a long sleeve shirt, but nowhere near the temperatures that some of my friends on the East Coast are getting.

Happy November, loves!
