Valentine's Romance | LMHC x Tobi

Dress (℅): Tobi // Earrings (℅): Sugarfix by Baublebar // Bag: Stella McCartney // Shoes: LC Lauren Conrad // Bracelet: Kiel James Patrick // Full Makeup Details on my Instagram

Come Valentine's Day, I always love the feeling of getting dressed up and feeling gorgeous.  This year I'm wearing this gorgeous burgundy lace number from Tobi, one of my favorite online retailers for inexpensive, on-trend pieces.  The "Leila" Lace Scalloped Dress made me feel so special when I put it on, and I have to admit, I felt pretty self-conscious looking at this dress on the hanger.  The plunging neckline scared the heck out of me, as I'm pretty small chested, but once it was on and I was looking in the mirror and getting my jush, I felt that self-consciousness melt away and I felt so pretty.
Happy Valentine's week!  Spend Wednesday with someone you love, even if that someone happens to be yourself.

Thank you to Tobi for partnering on this post.

Paper Crown Summer Florals

THIS DRESS.  I was so sad that I missed the Paper Crown x Rifle Paper Co collaboration at Anthropologie from a few years ago.  Living in NYC this summer, I got to shop around the city and one of my favorite stops was a cute little vintage shop called Beacon's Closet.  It's located right by Greenwich Village in Manhattan and it's an amazing hub of vintage, highly discounted designer pieces.  I also bought a gorgeous top from Carolina Herrera there during my stay.

I was so happy to find this Draped Bouquet dress hidden away on the rack there.  It's so hard to find pieces from this collaboration anywhere, and I was so lucky to get my hands on this dress, and for such an amazing price too!  Obviously this particular dress isn't available anymore, but I found some similar versions here from Missguided and here from ASOS to get a kinda imilar look.

This summer has been absolutely crazy and I have a feeling that my life won't be slowing down any time soon either.  I'm sad to say this, but it's been hard to maintain a regular posting schedule on LMHC now that my student life has really been kicked into high gear, I'm starting a new job soon, and I've also launched my beauty Youtube channel (please check it out if you haven't yet!)  I think that I'm going to have to scale back on blogging for now.  I won't be leaving it behind by any means- I love sharing my life and style with you and interacting with amazing women.  But I think I might have to scale back to one post a week so I'm not forcing myself to take on a workload I know I can't handle.  I hope you guys understand.

Much love to you all this week!  I can't believe summer is already winding down to an end.

Columbia Summer // Blue Plaid

Pretty much sums up how I feel about this whole experience.
Dress: Jack Wills // Shoes: BC Footwear {love these ones too} // Bag: Stella McCartney // Bracelet: Kiel James Patrick

How gorgeous is this campus?  Columbia is honestly a dream come true and I'm having a great time.  Thank you for all your kindness and well-wishes on my last post and Instagram photos.  If you want to see pictures from all over NYC, feel free to follow along at @juliacmazzucato if you aren't already.

This tartan plaid dress is from one of my favorite brands ever, Jack Wills.  I recently discovered this British label and I've been absolutely loving their classic, streamlined and slightly preppy pieces.  This dress is my summer favorite right now and I love the fit and flare silhouette.  I don't have too much to write on this post, mainly because I've got notes to take and assignments to do for my classes, but this is a little mini-update.  As always, if you have recommendations for anything on Manhattan, please let me know!

Rainbow Roses // Off the Shoulder Midi

Dress: ASOS // Bag (℅)88 Handbags // Shoes: Lulu's // Bracelet: Kiel James Patrick

It's been a while since I've sat down and wrote out a post, but here goes.  Hey guys!  The last few posts were lacking in text because it's been finals week for me and I've had zero time to even blog regularly, much less write.  But I'm back now with this outfit and this dress that I've been in love with.

ASOS is my favorite stop to find inexpensive, petite friendly finds like this dress.  Their petites section is so extensive and I always find something that I love in my size, which isn't always the case at other stores.  This rainbow floral off the shoulder dress is so gorgeous and while I've literally got nowhere to wear it, I'm still infatuated.  Unfortunately it's out of stock, but in the widget below I linked a bunch of similar floral off shoulder dresses from ASOS, all under $100.

I'm leaving for New York in about a week, and I'm so excited (and SO behind on packing, oh my goodness).  I'll be living there for about a month, and I'm trying to put together a comprehensive summer wardrobe that's still convenient: after all, I'm living out of a dorm room, and I have classes during the day.  If anyone has any things I should see in New York, please let me know!  I'm so ready for this adventure.
